Joinery is the construction and installation of non-structural parts of a building. It includes internal cladding of walls and ceilings, windows, doors, cupboards, and stairs. It may utilize timber, metal, glass or plastic materials.

Requirements:

A licence is required to do any residential building work in NSW, including joinery, that has a value exceeding $5000 (inc GST) in both the labour and the materials components of the work combined.
